Customer Security
The number one concern
One question I'm often asked by customers has to do with security and the general concerns about who is coming onto their property and how the whole process of commissioning a member of the Exercise My Pet team is done.
Exercise My Pet staff are happy to meet customers in their homes or at a location convenient to everyone. Ideally meeting should always be face to face and with the pet in question present, this is so you can see who is handling your pet and whether your happy with staff member and so the Exercise My Pet staff member can decide if they can handle the pet and be made aware of any health or social issues.
The staff member will bring four pages for the customer to review and fill in. The first two pages are for Exercise My Pet database and ask for information about your pet, vet details, entry exit points, are treats allowed and depending on the service you require information about bin disposal, mail, when holidays will start or finish and whether transporting your pet is allowed.
The final two pages are for your records, page one is a list of the agreed upon services, price and method of payment. The second page is a copy of a National Police Check which you can kept. Please note at no time are you locked into a long term agreement.
At this point it is vital to discuss how the staff member will entry and exit your property. At Exercise My Petwe prefer to entry and exit via side doors or through garages. We are happy to be given keys when there is no alternatives. Keys are always returned promptly to owners. We will discuss your security needs and will do everything to follow your instructions.
All customers are encouraged to ask questions of the Exercise My Pet staff members.
We hope this has provided some context and as always please feel free to call or email Exercise My Pet with any questions.
